Weldon (Bo) Lee

Bo Lee is the newest member of NWR Consulting, Ltd, bringing with him more than 40 years’ experience in managing and directing a wide range of construction projects in Texas, across the United States and globally.

Most recently for three years, he was senior vice president of Construction for Vantage Companies in Dallas, where he maintained managerial oversight for the design and construction of more than 2 million square feet of warehouse and flex buildings. He also personally managed the design and construction of an upscale new headquarters building for Vantage and its sister organization, Belmont Group. Previously, from 1996-2005, as owner and general manager of Construction Technology Associates LLC in Baltimore, MD., he provided professional consulting services related to the design and construction of residential, commercial and institutional projects.

From 1988 to 1996, Bo was president and principal shareholder of Atlantic Builders Group (formerly known as McCormick, Construction Company), which specialized in construction and design/build of commercial, institutional and medical/healthcare projects. Prior to 1988, he held management positions in Brookhollow Corporation/Brookhollow Building Services, Albritton Development Company and 3D/International Consultants. Texas Industries/Dahlstrom Corporation and Clark-Frates Corporation.

Bo is an emeritus instructor of construction technology with the Allan L. Berman Graduate Real Estate Institute of John Hopkins University. He holds Aeronautical Engineering and English degrees from Texas A&M, and a master of business administration degree from Harvard Graduate Business School.
