For example, you must be able to relocate and reconfigure your facilities to accommodate changes in your operations. • Review and analyze Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) inventory versus current requirements.
• Review and analyze information infrastructure and systems requirements.
• Establish relocation logistics, budgets and schedules.
• Identify appropriate vendors, consultants and contractors.
• Pre-qualify vendors, consultants and contractors to determine their ability to perform as required. Manage and coordinate their efforts during the project.
• Recommend appropriate companies for selection and negotiate agreements for service.
• Collect and maintain insurance certificates and bonding (if required) throughout the duration of any project and warranty period.
